Rita Ku recently spoke with Hong Kong Economic Times about her past experience in family law and why she decided to establish Rita Ku & Ser.
Rita shares that setting up her own firm has given her the autonomy and freedom to spend more time on serving her clients, fostering better relationships with her colleagues with a “work hard, play hard” mentality and giving back to the community through different charity engagements.
She believes that a supportive and collaborative workplace is crucial in building a more united team, which is why she regularly organizes team-building activities such as dragon boat racing, boardgame nights and barbeques.
