Anson is an Associate of RKS.
Anson was admitted as a Solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong in September 2024.
His practice is dedicated to family law. He advises and represents clients in both contested proceedings and negotiated resolutions, guiding them through sensitive disputes with strategic focus and measured advocacy.
He has appeared as sole advocate in interlocutory hearings and at trial. His experience includes financially substantial matters involving complex asset structures, detailed financial disclosure and expert evidence. He works closely with clients and counsel in mediation and without prejudice negotiations, and has been involved in matters with cross‑border elements requiring coordination across jurisdictions.
With an academic background in Accounting and Finance, Anson brings analytical rigour to financial disclosure and asset tracing. Attentive to both the legal and personal dimensions of family disputes, he is regarded by clients as caring, responsible and dependable in challenging circumstances.
